Is Starter really free forever?

Yes. No credit card, no time limit. Starter lets you manage 1 vehicle, 1 customer, and 1 contract for as long as you like — perfect for trying the system. When you're ready to run a real fleet, upgrade to Ultimate for unlimited everything.

What's the difference between Ultimate and Enterprise?

Ultimate ($129/mo) gives you unlimited vehicles, customers and contracts plus the full toolset — CRM, bookings, damage inspections, WhatsApp & email automation, fleet management, GPS, accounting dashboard and the website builder. Enterprise ($399/mo) adds everything serious operators scaling up need: multi-branch management, advanced user roles & permissions, API access, custom integrations, customer analytics on your public website, a dedicated account team, priority support, dedicated onboarding and data-migration assistance.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing in two clicks. You keep your paid features until the end of your current billing period, then automatically move to the free Starter plan. Your data stays safe — nothing is deleted.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Nothing is deleted. If you have more than 1 vehicle, customer or contract when you downgrade to Starter, the older records become read-only. You can still view, export, and print them — you just can't create new ones until you upgrade again.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If you're unhappy within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, email business@carceo.pro and we'll refund you in full. After 14 days, you can cancel anytime — you just won't be charged for the next cycle.

Are there any hidden fees? Per-vehicle charges?

No. The price you see is the total price. No per-vehicle fees, no per-user fees, no transaction fees on contracts. WhatsApp comes with 25 free messages per month included; if you send more, you can top up at cost.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and SEPA debit (in eligible countries). Local methods like iDEAL, Bancontact, and others are auto-detected by Stripe based on your country.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits or larger fleets?

For non-profits, or large multi-branch operators, email business@carceo.pro with your situation and we'll work something out — Enterprise also includes a dedicated account team to help you scale.
